Responsibilities:

1. Website Design:
   • Create visually appealing and user-centric website designs that align with project goals and client requirements.
   • Develop design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
2. User Experience (UX) Design:
   • Collaborate with UX designers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
   • Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to enhance design usability.
3. Visual Design:
   • Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic of websites.
   • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines throughout all projects.
4. Responsive Design:
   • Design and optimize websites for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
   • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent and visually pleasing experience across platforms.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to bring designs to life.
   • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.
6. Prototyping:
   • Create interactive prototypes using design tools or prototyping software to demonstrate the flow and functionality of web pages.
7. Coding Basics:
   • Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers and implement design concepts.
8. Client Interaction:
   • Communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
   • Incorporate client feedback and make adjustments to meet project requirements.
9. Stay Updated on Design Trends:
   • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
   • Proactively bring innovative ideas and design solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Any Degree.
2. Design Skills:
   • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or other industry-standard design software.
   • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
3. Portfolio:
   • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and demonstrating a strong sense of design aesthetics.
4. User-Centric Mindset:
   • Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and functional designs.
5. Communication Skills:
   • Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
